At Bundle Street, we offer several refund options that vary depending on the specific circumstances of your shipment or item. Below, we outline some of the possible situations:

Lost or significantly delayed order

If the order’s tracking number becomes stuck or indicates that the package has been lost, we will issue a full refund with no obligation on your part.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the shipment may be rerouted and take longer than the estimated timeframe (6–12 days). If the tracking shows that more than 30 business days or 38 total days have passed without delivery, we will also proceed with a refund, regardless of whether the package is delivered at a later date.

Damaged or incorrect item

If your item arrives severely damaged (we will not accept fraudulent claims such as a loose thread pulled from a seam to request a refund), we will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item. Likewise, if you receive the wrong size, or if the name or number on the back of the shirt is incorrect, we will also proceed with a full refund of the order with no obligation.

As is understandable and reasonable, if you wish to request one of these refunds, we will require visual proof of the severe damage to the item or the incorrect name. If you are unable to provide such proof, we will still process the refund provided that you supply a return tracking number for the order.

 
 

Refund due to dissatisfaction

We will have no issue refunding your purchase if it does not fall under the two categories above. However, we do expect you to return the order in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Likewise, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any external reason, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Full details can be found in our Return Policy. Once you provide us with the return tracking number, we will proceed with issuing the refund.
