Return deadlines
We offer refunds for orders for any reason outlined in our Refund Policies within the first 15 days. After day 15, we will not accept returns, whether justified or not.
Product conditions
If the product is returned due to dissatisfaction and not because of logistical errors or faults on our part, it must be delivered in perfect condition and in its original packaging or similar. It must be placed carefully inside it. For all other cases, see the Refund Policy.
Non-returnable products
The only products not eligible for return in cases of dissatisfaction—though still eligible in cases of logistical errors or issues on our end—will be those with personalized names or numbers, not generic products.
Return costs
Return costs to our HQ in China range from £30–£35 depending on which office you send them from. We will provide you with the return instructions and address once you request it.
