If you’d like to return the item due to a personal reason or a mistake on your end, we also accept it. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Since it’s an international return, please note that in most cases, the cost of sending it back may not be worth it.

It’s very unlikely, but in a few rare cases, a package may be held at customs, and the customer might need to cover the import fees.
